1. Who runs this site
This website is operated by Iter Labs, a brand of Iter Treinamentos e Capacitações Ltda., a company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 55.336.680/0001-00). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is for
The site describes our services and products and lets you contact us. Its content is informational. It is not an offer, a quote or professional advice, and nothing on it creates a contract between us. Proposals and prices are made in writing, after the free assessment, and work we do for a client is governed by the agreement we sign with that client.
3. Numbers, screens and demos
The results we publish were measured on the dates shown, in the conditions described on each case study page, and your results may differ. Estimates are labeled as estimates. The screens, charts and conversations shown on the site are sample data and demos, built to illustrate how the software works; they are not records of any real client, invoice, contract or person.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, illustrations and the names Iter Labs, Credencia and Residely belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, link to and quote short passages of the site with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Client logos are shown with each company's permission and remain their property.
5. Third-party services and trademarks
Booking a call takes you to Cal.com, and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; Cal.com is a trademark of Cal.com, Inc. Iter Labs builds on the WhatsApp Business Platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or by Cal.com. Other product names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe where our software can work.
6. No warranty, limited liability
We keep the site accurate and available as best we can, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content.
7. Links to other sites
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute about the use of this site will be resolved in the courts of Sorriso, Mato Grosso, Brazil. Agreements with clients may set a different law and venue.
