Accessibility Statement

Where this site stands, and how to tell us when something is in your way.

Last reviewed:

Our goal

We want everyone to be able to read this site and contact us from it, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

Every page has a skip link, one main heading and labeled regions. Text can be resized to 200 percent, the layout works at phone widths, and keyboard focus is visible on every link and control. Text and form borders meet the AA contrast ratios. Sample screens and demos are marked as decorative for screen readers and described in a caption. Animations stop when your system asks for reduced motion, and a Reduce motion control in the footer turns them off on any device. Forms have visible labels, clear error messages and no time limits. No animation on the site runs indefinitely.

Known limitations

Some text inside the sample screens is small, because it imitates real software; the same information is in the surrounding text. The interactive demos (the check-in scanner and the approval conversation) are optional and do not block any content. The booking calendar on the contact page is provided by Cal.com and follows Cal.com's accessibility practices; you can also book by email.

How we check

Before each release, we check every page with automated accessibility tools (axe-core, against the WCAG 2.2 AA rules and its best-practice rules) on desktop and phone, and we review keyboard navigation and accessible names in the code. A full manual review with a screen reader has not been done yet; it is planned. The date above is the last automated check.

Until then, if something is in your way, tell us (see below) and we will respond and fix it.
