WhatsApp automation · official API

Put WhatsApp to work.

When your customers already message you on WhatsApp, we build the approvals, reminders, collections and self-service that run there, connected to the systems you already use and with a person one tap away.

Interactive demo: a purchase order arrives on WhatsApp with the PDF and Approve and Reject buttons. A rejection asks for the reason, and every decision is written back to the purchasing system shown next to the phone.

Use cases

The routine conversations, handled.

For contractors, cleaning companies, clinics, real estate agencies, clubs and event organizers whose customers and members already reach them on WhatsApp, in English, Portuguese or Spanish.

  • Customer service

The answers your team gives over and over, in the chat your customers already use, with the data pulled from your system.

  • Approvals

The approver gets the PDF with Approve and Reject buttons. The decision goes back to your system, and a rejection always comes with a reason.

  • Collections and reminders

Due-date reminders with the invoice attached and the payment link you already use, sent as message templates approved by Meta.

  • Self-service

Invoices, bookings, guest passes and member cards at any hour, after the customer signs in through a WhatsApp Flow.

  • Handoff to a person

When the flow can't solve it, the conversation goes to someone on your team, who picks up where the bot left off.

How it works

Built on the official API, wired into your systems.

Each message goes through Meta's platform to a flow we build for your business, and from there to the system you already use.

  • Meta's official API

We build only on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Tools that automate the regular WhatsApp app break its terms and put your number at risk, so we don't use them.

  • Secure sign-in with WhatsApp Flows

Before it shows an invoice or a booking, the bot asks the customer to sign in through a WhatsApp Flow, a native form inside the chat.

  • Predictable flows, AI optional

Buttons, lists and forms that you approve, so every answer is predictable. AI comes in only where it helps, like reading a question typed in free text.

  • Connected to your system

Through your system's API when it has one, or through a robot that works through the same screens your team uses.

  • Built around the 24-hour window

A business can reply freely for 24 hours after the customer's last message. After that, only templates approved by Meta go out, and our flows follow that rule.

Questions

What business owners ask first.

Is this the official WhatsApp API?

Yes: the WhatsApp Business Platform, from Meta. We don't use unofficial tools, which put your number at risk.

Can we keep the WhatsApp number we already use?

Usually, yes: a number that runs on the WhatsApp Business app can be brought to the platform. Some businesses prefer a separate number for the automated flows. We decide this with you before the pilot.

What happens when the bot can't answer?

The conversation goes to a person on your team, who picks up where the flow left off. You decide when that happens: a button, a question outside the flow or a topic such as payments.

Can it connect to the software we already use?

Usually. If your system has an API, the flow reads and writes through it. If it doesn't, a robot can work through the same screens your team uses. We confirm the route during the free assessment.

Does Meta charge for WhatsApp messages?

Yes, for some of the messages your business sends, mainly the message templates approved by Meta. Rates depend on the type of message and the customer's country, and those fees are separate from ours. Messages your customers send you are not charged.
