Projects
What we've built, and where each project stands.
Our focus is automating administrative processes, and most of this list is that. The rest is what came with it, for the same clients. Clients stay anonymous. Measured numbers come from execution logs, databases, server configuration, the systems' own screens and our own tests. Manual times are team estimates and are labeled as such.
WhatsApp and customer service
A Brazilian industrial construction group
The director gets the signed PDF with Approve and Reject buttons; on a rejection, the bot asks for the reason, and the decision goes back to the client's platform on its own. Engineers get notices about corrections, invoices and payments, and request new subcontracts through WhatsApp Flows.
LiveBenefits
- Approval happens where the director already is, with no login
- Every rejection comes with a reason
- The decision reaches the platform with no retyping
A Brazilian social and sports club
Space and class bookings, enrollment, invoices and invoice copies, guest passes and the member card on WhatsApp, built on the club system's API, plus a self-service chat on every page of the club website. Members sign in securely through WhatsApp Flows, staff have a PIN-protected admin mode, and the chat hands over to staff when a person is needed.
LiveWeb chat since August 2026
Benefits
- Members handle everyday requests without an app or a trip to the club office
- Invoice details in the chat, with the bank-slip PDF and buttons to copy the payment codes
- One hour before a court booking, a WhatsApp message or an email asks the member to confirm it
- The project also delivered a review of the club system's API, with 25 product ideas
Residential condos
Residents get bills, notices and package alerts on WhatsApp, and book common areas in the same chat. The building manager, the management company, the board and the front desk each get a dashboard for their role: billing, bookings, notices and meetings, visitors, packages, keys, the cash book with PDF statements, and incident reports with photos and an audit trail.
LiveOne building, 19 units
Benefits
- Takes the place of the spreadsheet and the building's WhatsApp group
- Each role works from its own dashboard
- Cash book statements come out as PDFs
Occupational health clinics
Answers workers and HR teams on WhatsApp: FAQ, identity check, appointment requests with a reference number, rescheduling, status of the occupational health clearance (ASO), HR sign-up, handoff to a person and emergency guidance. Staff confirm on WhatsApp or in a dashboard, and one system serves several clinics, with personal data encrypted.
LiveBenefits
- Answers the questions the front desk keeps repeating
- Hands the conversation to a person when needed
- Personal data encrypted, several clinics on one system

A Brazilian industrial construction group
When a pay application is approved, an agent picks the route on its own: record it on the ERP contract, post the invoice with payment details, pre-fill the end client's purchasing portal or email the person in charge. Invoice PDFs are read by a rule-based extractor, with an LLM as fallback.
LiveSince July 2026
Benefits
- Takes over the manual steps between the ERP, email and the end client's portal
- Predictable PDF reading: rules first, an LLM only as fallback
Our own product
Downloads the XML and PDF of new invoices from the portal, reads Brazil's NF-e 4.00 e-invoice format and stores header, items and taxes in a Postgres database. Nothing is stored twice: each invoice is matched by its access key and a SHA-256 hash.
LiveBenefits
- No downloading and retyping, invoice by invoice
- Header, items and taxes ready to query
- No duplicate records
A Brazilian industrial construction group
Reads the last 24 hours of a 9,915-item mailbox (786 unread) through Microsoft Graph and sorts each email by rules, with no LLM at run time: “action needed”, “waiting”, “FYI” or “noise”. At 7:00 AM, it delivers a briefing with draft replies for KPI emails.
LiveSince May 2026
Benefits
- Start the day knowing what needs action
- Draft replies ready for KPI emails
- Sorted by rules, with no AI model reading the mailbox
